Inhalation path of aromatherapy in the human body

Various applications of aromatherapy
1)Aroma massage (Massage
Absorption through the nose, lungs, and skin is performed simultaneously, making it the most ideal method of applying aroma oil. Soft friction releases oxytocin, which makes you feel happy and comfortable, and promotes blood circulation in the skin, allowing aroma oil to be absorbed into the skin more effectively.
Case 1) In case of indigestion, massage the abdomen clockwise using peppermint oil.
Case 2) Massage the neck and upper back using marjoram oil for stiff neck and shoulder and muscle pain.

Aroma bath: Dilute about 10 to 15 drops of aroma oil with the bath filled with water.
If too much aroma oil is used or not diluted in water, skin problems and side effects due to aroma toxicity may occur, so an appropriate amount should be used, and a medium (natural emulsifier) should be used when mixed with water.
